Examples of Huberspace Websites
We do websites that work. They're not designed to be flashy or, more accurately, they're designed to not be flashy. So if that's what you're looking for, don't. After all, your visitors aren't. Otherwise take a gander. Our sites look good and professional, but more importantly, they work really well and easily, too.

CGR Commercial Management
CGR Commercial Management specializes in managing commercial condominium associations in Northern Virginia, as well as income producing properties for investors.
-
Total Results
Total Results is high intensity, low force exercise studio. It's one of our more recent sites using the Backdoor, mostly for updating their blog and sending out newsletters.
-
CEW Project and Development Services
Small "brochure site" for a project management services company in Loudoun County. We designed the site and hooked it up to the Backdoor. It's one of our first mobile-friendly client sites using "responsive design".
-
The Gallic Collection
Small WordPress-powered website highlighting the incredible handmade sweaters, vests, scarves, and pillows. This site would have worked very well as a Backdoor site, but there was a feature or two that was somewhat better suited for WordPress. It was built preceding the days of mobile-friendly sites.

Dark Chamber
Dark Chamber is a suspense movie by up-and-coming director, Dave Campfield. It's one of our favorites because of the clean, yet engaging design. Unlike big movie websites which were Flash based at the time, this site is accessible and easier to use.
Just for fun...
At Huberspace we work hard, and we play hard - in a way you'd expect Web developers to play... We used our Web design and development, database development, and graphic design skills to come up with a few websites for fun. They're still pretty good, so check out our labors of love:
-
The ofishul Pauly C paiyje
This humor website is one of our early, more elaborate sites, with interactive games, discussion forum, cleverly manipulated graphics, and more. Other fun things are in store.
-
"Politically Correct" - Political Cartoons by Jim Huber
The site started over 20 years ago, with a small number of Jim's political cartoons. Now it is a database-driven, automated, interactive site. Some of its interactive features include "e-toons" (visitors can send cartoons to their friends with a personalized message), cartoon discussion forum, site membership, and a cartoon search engine. Behind the scenes, it also had a website for publishers to download high resolution cartoons for print.
-
From the Eighties
This site lists over 3,000 memories from the 80's. It is interactive and almost entirely database-driven with polls, discussion forum, site membership ("From the Eighties Retro Club"), the 80's Trivia Question of the Day, and a trading post with a search engine.
